Description
At the expiration of the NSDS II, 2017-2021, the National Consultative Committee on Statistics
recommended the design of the NSDS III which was designed following international standards
and guidelines, and with funding from government and the the World Bank under the Fiscal
Governance Institutions Project. The design involved literature review; stakeholder
consultations and engagements to create awareness; design and use of tools to assess the state
of the NSS; and the evaluation of NSDS II.
